HOB can offer a quality turnkey supply of precision machined components CNC or conventionally manufactured. H.O.B Ltd employs skilled staff with a high level of experience in the manufacture of subsea and surface wellhead components work out of our 10,000 sq/ft facility.
CAPABILITIES
The CNC workspace can accommodate turned components up to 700mm Ø and milled components of 700 x 700 x 700mm in a weight range of 750 Kgs.
There are 27 Main Items of capital equipment which include:
- 9 CNC Turning Centres & 4 CNC Milling Centres offering the latest in technology for precision machining of complex parts.
- All of our CNC machinery is DNC linked and is programmed offline using our EdgeCam Multi Axis Manufacturing Software allowing us to manufacture even the most challenging of components.
- The balance of the equipment is made up of conventional Milling & Turning machines, 2 Jig Borers, Universal and Surface Grinders.
- Emax Production/Scheduling system.
- 10,000 sq/ft Facility.
- Certified to BSI 9001:2008 BSI 14001:2004 …(PDFS )
